AIRES KOMPRESOR LLC

Privacy Policy

Effective August 20, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how AIRES Kompresor LLC (“AIRES,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information through the AIRES Customer Portal.

1. Information we collect

We may collect account and business contact information, including names, business names, addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers, tax and exemption documents, portal credentials, and account-approval records.

We also collect information submitted for equipment start-up, warranty registration, warranty claims, service activity, supporting documents, photographs, invoices, compressor models, and serial numbers.

2. QuickBooks Online information

When an authorized AIRES administrator connects QuickBooks Online, the portal accesses only the information needed to operate the distributor, equipment-registration, and warranty workflows. This may include QuickBooks customer identifiers and names, invoice identifiers and numbers, invoice dates, products or services, line-item descriptions, and unit serial numbers entered in those descriptions.

The portal uses this information to link approved distributors with QuickBooks customers, confirm that equipment was invoiced, present eligible serial numbers for registration, and apply the correct invoice date to warranty records. We do not use QuickBooks data for advertising and we do not sell it.

3. How we use information

4. How information is shared

Information may be processed by service providers that support the portal, including Intuit QuickBooks Online, Supabase, Vercel, and email-delivery providers. These providers process information to deliver their respective services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business reorganization.

We do not sell or rent personal information.

5. Data security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect portal and QuickBooks information. These measures include authenticated access, role-based authorization, encrypted connections, restricted server-side credentials, and database access controls. No electronic system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Data retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide portal services, administer warranties and claims, maintain service and accounting records, resolve disputes, and meet legal or contractual obligations. Retention periods may therefore extend beyond the active portal account or QuickBooks connection.

An authorized user may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible information by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required for warranty administration, accounting, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or the establishment or defense of legal claims.

7. Disconnecting QuickBooks

An authorized AIRES administrator may disconnect or revoke the QuickBooks Online connection. Disconnecting stops future QuickBooks synchronization. Previously imported information may remain in the portal when needed for established warranty, service, accounting, audit, or legal records, subject to the retention practices above.

8. Cookies and session information

The portal may use essential cookies or similar technologies to authenticate users, maintain secure sessions, prevent abuse, and provide requested functionality. These technologies are not used to sell personal information.

9. Children

The portal is a business service and is not directed to children under 13.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the portal or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
